Services

Southern Legacy Detailing provides mobile auto, boat, and RV detailing services in Baldwin County, Alabama. We come to your location to perform detailing work. Service availability, pricing, and scope are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Booking and Payment

When you book an appointment through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. We may require a deposit or full payment in advance for certain services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide a safe, accessible location for our team and equipment
• Ensure water and electrical access when required for our services
• Remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service
• Disclose any pre-existing damage or conditions that may affect our work

Liability

We carry insurance and take care to protect your vehicle and property. However, Southern Legacy Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or wear that becomes apparent during or after detailing. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that results will meet any particular expectation. Ceramic coating and other protective treatments have limitations; we will explain care instructions and expected longevity at the time of service.

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or to transmit harmful content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
